My Project

When we travel with speech and debate, we are usually crammed into hallways or school cafeterias with limited seating area, limited electrical outlets for charging laptops and printers, and limited table area for working between rounds. The table here will give us room to set up a printer that students can use between rounds, a stool they can work on, and electric connectivity. We have also included a tabletop stand that they can use during rounds when competing.

Our team travels to local, state, and national tournaments, and these items will help us compete at our best levels.

We are a relatively small team because we are from a small, rural school. This means that at the biggest tournaments, we are up against squads with far more in the way of resources. These items will give us a small, but significant boost in how we are able to compete when we are away from school.
