My Project

We need special switch adapted toys to play independently!

Toys that are switch-adapted allow students with physical disabilities to access age-appropriate and engaging toys independently.

While we have a handful of switch-adapted toys in our classroom, we are in need of more. Specifically toys that appeal to our special interests such as the animals that we are requesting. These toys also appeal to those of us that are visually impaired due to their texture and sound qualities.

We will use these toys with the switches we currently have in our classroom to engage in play!
