Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My special needs students are highly motivated by their favorite snacks to complete tasks. My students have irregular behaviors such as being easily distracted during regular mealtimes. That often means these children aren’t eating enough during the day, making them cranky and fidgety.

Chewy fruit snacks are simple sweet treat that students enjoy.

Students are comforted by having their own little bags of chips to eat. Winter makes everything dry and the school building is often very hot. Students are always thirsty, so small bottles of water will be very helpful when students can’t get to a water fountain.
