My Project

I teach middle school students from low-income households. They do not bring their own snack, so I have been providing it for them. They often have accidents and do not have a change of clothes, and my school has gone through all of their extra pants. Our room burned down last year and lost all of its materials. My students would also benefit from more simple and adapted materials for art. We also need a lot of sensory equipment, including chewies, adaptive seating, and a tent to provide a dark calming space for students.
