I need to purchase an adapted Social Sciences curriculum for my 9th grade Ethnic Studies class. Because this is a new requirement for my special day class, I desparately need adapted curriculum/work for my students in the speacial day class setting.
I want my students to see and question the world around them by exploring everything from the three sociological perspectives, to culture and subcultures, to socialization and social groups, to gender issues and social stratification.
I have selected 2 bundles of high school social science and social issues curriculum on Teachers Pay Teachers which will allow my special education students to investigate current issues and reflect on their own lives making learning real, relevant, and memorable.
This course comes fully supported with unit pacing guides, standards alignment, detailed daily lesson plans, "I can..." checklists, assessments, and student answer keys. Its just what I need to reinforce the general education text I have been given
