My Project

As a school we focus on empowering our students to give them abilities to support themselves independently in their future. As a school wide cluster teacher, I am blessed at teaching a class that centers around self advocacy. Many of our students are non verbal and have sever lack of cognitive abilities.

Students will use items such as, Lakeshores Feed the Bunny & Feed the Dog to help learn skills to help others, while increasing their fine motor skills.

Other classes will enjoy building with the Lakeshore Nuts & Bolts.

All items will assist my students to engage in class activities, while learning how to advocate for themselves.
