Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students participate in a Dual-Language Program. They spend 50% of the school day learning in English and 50% in Spanish. I want to expose my students to Spanish literature through Spanish chapter books. I am requesting engaging literature that will get my students excited about practicing their Spanish reading and comprehension.

By expanding our library collection of Spanish books, I can offer students the opportunity to explore diverse literary traditions.

Through these resources, students will not only enhance their language skills but also develop a deeper understanding of the rich Spanish-speaking cultures. Your contribution will enable me to provide a space where students can immerse themselves in the beauty and richness of the Spanish language through literature.
