My Project

I teach first grade in a dual language immersion program. The language of instruction is Spanish, and I need more Spanish language books for my students to read independently.

These books will help students develop language and vocabulary skills, instill a love of reading by exposing them to fun age appropriate books at their reading levels, and work on their reading comprehension skills by thinking about characters, lessons learned, and important details.

My goal is to grow my classroom library, with Spanish language books, to bolster student exposure to the Spanish language, structure and grammar, while learning how to read.
