Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Are students from the South Bronx, over 90% title 1. These kids are so special but lack the financial resources. We are striving to help students improve and when they reach a new level of grade, we want to reward them with a gift card. We hope to create new habits for our students and create lifelong learners. With this project, we are rewarding students who turn old habits that hinder them into a more growth-minded mindset that will set up them for the future to be winners. A gift card will allow them to earn this as a reward and shop on Amazon to make their own purchase to their own liking. Of course, they will put in the hard work and effort throughout their school days to show they are deserving of choosing their own reward when using their gift card.
