Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My dyslexic students are extremely special because even though they struggle with oral reading they think outside the box. They come up with excellent ideas, are amazing critical thinkers, and have the ability to use logical reasoning.

The Whisper Phones are a great tool for my students to use during oral reading.

These devices amplify the sound which helps my students hear the sounds and words they read. The whisper phone will improve phonemic awareness which will set students up for success in the future with reading, spelling and comprehension. It can also help the struggling reader gain confidence in their reading ability as they master new skills.
