My Project

Your support in funding yoga mats and sound bowls for the students of TCHS is an investment in the well-being and success of our youth. Located in Georgia, TCHS is a Title I school serving a diverse student body of 1,700 students, predominantly African American, with the highest percentage of Hispanic students among Fulton County High Schools.

Many of our students face significant personal and academic challenges daily.

With ongoing changes in education policies and immigration regulations, our Hispanic and Latino students are experiencing unprecedented uncertainties that impact their education, well-being, and future opportunities. Now more than ever, public schools must provide a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters resilience, empowerment, and academic success.

By contributing to this initiative, you are providing students with a transformative resource that promotes mental clarity, emotional resilience, and physical well-being. Sound healing therapy, including sound baths, has been scientifically proven to reduce anxiety, enhance focus, and improve overall health, leading to better academic performance and a more positive school environment.

Your donation will make a meaningful impact by equipping students with healthy coping mechanisms that encourage stress relief, mindfulness, and self-care. With your generosity, we can create a nurturing space where students can heal, grow, and thrive one mindful breath at a time.
