This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

"Ms. Rachel! This marker is out of ink!" is something I hear almost daily in my classroom, especially for expo markers and sharpies. Using markers motivates my students as the colors are bright and vibrant and move across the page smoothly. Markers help bring "life" to our work, pictures and writing. My reluctant writers are often more motivated to write using markers as they glide across the paper with less effort than a colored pencil or crayon.

My students need new markers to have our work and writing be bold and colorful!
