My Students

My students attend a district in a small town in East Texas. They all share a love and passion for learning! Our district strives hard to provide our students with as many learning opportunities as it can, but with over half of my students coming from a low socioeconomic background the resources can be limited at times. My students enjoy and appreciate any and all learning opportunities they are given! My students come to me everyday ready to learn, and I strive to motivate them in as many positive ways as I can!

My Project

My students will use a lot of these math materials on a daily basis! The magnetic dry erase boards will be use for students to actively participate in our daily math board. The counters will be put in their "tool boxes" so they can be used individually at all times. I love that the folder games cover so many skills so that they can grow with us throughout the year and help us spiral math concepts in stations all year long. The adhesive dots will be placed on my small group table so that students can draw on them with dry erase markers during math groups. There is just so much you can do with these fun math activities!
