My Students

I am afforded the opportunity to teach the most promising group of third graders. These students are excited about school, and the opportunities that are presented to them on a daily basis. But there are obstacles that create challenges for most. These challenges affect how their day progresses, but never-the-less they continue to persevere to achieve their daily goals.

Having the stamina to persevere through challenges have allowed these students to developed some skills they need to be partially successful.

My Project

Starting a new year with the materials that are needed to help and motive students to succeed, is a rewarding and absolute satisfying feeling. To be equipped and ready to work on the first day of school sends a strong message; we are here to work and we have the necessary tools to accomplish our goals.

Reading is fundamental and to be able to choose books at their level will encourage students to read more.

So a classroom library will be appreciated.

Most of the students in the class have access to the internet,but not to a printer. Having a printer in the classroom to print their research, also projects and essays they have typed will be awesome for the students.
