My Project

Our class has worked very hard this year, and as the school year winds down and the weather warms up, we are excited to get outside and play some team sports. Of all the sports we love, students would really like to learn the skills of softball.

Running, batting, throwing, catching and team building are all important skills for my fourth graders to practice.

These physical education skills also require a lot of specialized equipment to put into practice safely and effectively. These bats, balls, mitts, team colors and plates are the equipment we need to make these dreams come true!

During this P.E. Unit, we will also integrate some elements of MLB history and mathematics.
