My Project

Soft Starts is a strategy used by in the classroom to promote academic success. By starting the day with these low stress, yet highly cooperative and engaging team building activities, it invites the students to engage in a safe space where learning takes place.

Creating this space for the students to participate in active learning and experiences at the start of their day encourages them and fosters the motivation needed for them to be able to academically engage throughout the entire school day.

These items, such as magnetic building pieces and puzzle cubes will give us access to some of the missing parts to make soft starts run successfully. It will also give us a storage place to keep and protect these items we use daily.
