My Project

I am a Social Worker working with high risk students. These tools will be used to help students understand how emotions and feelings are have a biological effect and how they can develop concrete coping skills to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions that affect peer relationships and academic performance.

From fidgets to mindfulness tools, all resources will go toward helping students develop and increase distress tolerance with hands-on and visual demonstrations in counseling sessions.

Everything has been carefully selected so students will have benefit directly from all supplies ordered.

My students are high achieving, but with that come unique pressures, both from internal and external elements. Help me help them to manage these stressors in a healthy and effective way!
