My Students

My students are amazing, brilliant, warm and loving. They have various interests, and all learn very differently from one another. It's exciting for me to help them bridge the gaps between their nonverbal skills and their verbal communication. I love being able to give them the tools they need, and watching their communication skills evolve and grow.

My Project

My colleagues and I are working together to create an effective curriculum targeting various aspects of social skills, social emotional awareness and everything in between... we just need a little help to gather the materials that will help us reach our goals of teaching our students these skills!

Each book that we are requesting will target and touch upon a different area of social skills and social emotional awareness.

Each book will correspond with a specific activity which focuses on improving overall pragmatic language skills, awareness of others, and communicating effectively in different situations!

These books will make a wonderful addition to my class library.
