This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are building our social emotional learning environments to support our learners. This equipment will help add to our environment so that, students can learn more coping skills as they grow into stronger readers, writers, and mathematicians. My students are a population that comes to us as struggling readers from environments that they were under-serviced. Their social emotional needs is at an all time high. These materials will help build their coping skills with conflict resolution in order for them to focus more on learning to read.
