Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The pandemic led to the closure of schools and the abrupt shift to online learning for many students. This transition was challenging for both students and teachers, resulting in disruptions to the regular learning process. Some students struggled with the digital divide, lacking access to necessary technology and internet connectivity for remote learning.

As we come back we are seeing mental health challenges along with gaps in social emotional learning.

In-person learning plays a crucial role in students' social and emotional development. The absence of physical interaction with peers has hindered the development of important social skills. These resources will help students develop the skills they need to regulate their emotions and learn the academic skills they need to be successful in school.
