This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am creating this project to help my students thrive in all areas. I am a school social worker in the Bronx, NY and I support many families and students from grades k-5. Many of our students need support through counseling and check-ins. When they come to my office I want to give our students a safe space to talk, and express themselves. With your generosity I will be able to provide a safe space and calm space for my students. I appreciate all your support and I will continue to support my students!
