This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach a group of wonderful, intelligent, and curious little preschoolers in the Los Angeles area. My students are a part of a special day program called PALS (Preschool For All Learners) which helps support Moderate to Severe disabilities. My students love hands-on and engaging projects that help them think outside the box. They come to school ready and eager to learn new things and challenge themselves academically! My students currently need to improve on their fine motor skills to prepare them for Kindergarten and these shapes and materials will be beneficial for their development!
