This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My soccer students are a fantastic group of children. They are talented and eager to learn. They enjoy soccer and are anxious to play. Our school is a low income and our community was impacted by the high waters that rose due to the recent hurricane.

Many of our little scholars lost everything in the hurricane.

They don't have enough supplies to do their work. The boys and girls need some normalcy. They are eager to begin playing but need some assistance.

My Project

Soccer is an exciting sport requiring teamwork and coordination. The children love soccer and are ready to play. To be successful in developing their skills, we need some equipment. The soccer balls are needed to develop the kid's coordination and to learn how to control the ball. Right now we do not have any nets on the goal post so the ball gets away. The nets are needed to keep the ball in play. The team needs cones to complete soccer drills. The cones are needed to assist with the children's agility and teamwork. This equipment will help the team improve their skills, physical health, and team spirit.

The children were hit hard by the recent hurricane.

They need a chance to get back to a routine. Soccer is just what will help the little scholars. Your help will ensure that they have fun playing as a team. So if you love to see children have fun playing soccer, then this is the project for you. Go ahead and take a chance on a great bunch of boys and girls.
