My Students

I am new to Westbrooke Elementary this year. But what kids do not love to play soccer. Whether it’s dribbling a ball, shooting on the goal, or promoting team sports soccer does all of this. The kids this fall will have a challenge with the new normal of social distancing at school. The best way to do that during PE is to engage in activities that will allow children to Play while being distanced from each other. My goal for this school year is to make kids more physically active sense many may have been at home since March with little physical activity.

My Project

This is my first year teaching at Westbrooke Elementary. Is a challenging time for all of us due to social distancing. I would like to be able to offer my physical education students the ability to play soccer in a safe manner while we are social distancing. These goals and balls will allow us to do some soccer drills that will benefit the students while keeping a safe space during PE.

The children will also be able to benefit from learning agility as well as cardio during these drills.

Soccer will give them the opportunity to play freely but safely.
