My Students

Our charter school offers students from the impoverished city of Camden amazing opportunities to learn and grow. We are part of a charter school network that has been making a positive difference for 20 years. These students come from neighborhoods across the city and face many challenges in their day to day life that impact their social and emotional well being.

My goal is to provide my students with a safe and nurturing community while challenging them to the best scholars they can be.

To make this dream a reality can be a challenge.

My Project

Thank you for helping me prepare for this coming year. The clipboards will allow students to work in partners, groups and individually in different areas of the room. The filing cabinet will help me keep my paper work neat and organized.

The items I choose are very important to help with classroom management and organization.

The carpet is an important part of the classroom because it is our morning and afternoon meeting area, read aloud and small group area. The carpet I chose is large enough to fit all my students comfortably and provide a comfortable place for them to meet and read.
