This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With these new materials, such as the articulation book and 3D model of a mouth, my students will be able to better improve their speech production skills at a faster rate, and "graduate" from their related services! Then they can remain in their classrooms for more of the school day, and not miss-out on core curriculum instruction. Many of my students also come from difficult home environments, and using these materials and games not only motivates them to improve, but also adds an element of fun into the sessions, which is very beneficial for their overall well-being.
