My Project

My school is located in a low-income neighborhood with scholars from diverse backgrounds. Nearly all scholars qualify for free school meals.

Despite socioeconomic disadvantages, our melting pot of scholars possesses a positive outlook on learning.

Each child is unique and deserves quality resources and experiences that will shape their future.

My fourth-grade integrated co-teaching classroom is comprised of both general education students and students with an array of disabilities including learning disabilities and speech and language impairments. My students learn at different paces and have a variety of learning styles.

My students learn best in a small group and a small group table would improve students' outcomes by improving their ability to focus during small group instruction with a teacher. Small group instruction is essential in helping my students make significant academic gains.
