This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are a joyous bunch! They love to read, write, and enjoy the outdoors. I know that they are already thinking wonderful summer thoughts, and I want to support their upcoming time for rest and relaxation, while encouraging them to journal their thoughts and allow writing to be a part of their summer.

Writing down their summer memories will be such a wonderful way to keep a record of the memories they are making!

With these pens, colored pencils, and journals, they will be ready to jot down their thoughts and share their ideas when they return from summer break. Of course, they may also need some sunglasses and a beach ball to get outside, move around, and have some fun. I cannot wait to hear what they've been up to!
