My Project

As a Special Educator, my students learn best in a colorful environment where they can utilize multisensory items to stay engaged during their sessons with me. Place value is a concept that is foundational to understanding math concepts and writing on individual sentence strips allows them personal freedom. Colorful organizers help them to clear up independently after working. I love that they are eager to learn, make mistakes, and discuss them. My goal is to provide a safe and cheerful space where all this can happen as daily life is not always safe or cheerful for them.
