This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have loved art since I was a little girl. I always knew I wanted to be a teacher and help kids. Now I get to share my passion with some really talented kids! They work so hard and we have won many contests this year. I would love to conclude the year with a spectacular art show with canvases and mosaics, which my students haven’t been able to use before! Our school demographics don’t allow for many expensive projects, so this be is will be a huge win for this Homestead school!
