Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The world today is rapidly ever-changing and not always for the better. In these new and uncertain times, providing security, safety, and positivity for my students is crucial. Our Kindergarteners are enthusiastic, brave, and eager-to-learn, both in-person and remotely. Some of our students come from non-English speaking homes, some are students with disabilities, but they are all perfect and deserve the safest classroom setting!

Many of my kindergarteners are learning how to read, write and count as they also learn how to express their emotions and navigate this new world of remote learning.

They are exploring and discovering new skills and abilities everyday and it's a true joy to guide and support them along their learning journey. I know we're going to have an extraordinary and productive school year!

My Project

A new school year is always a stressful time for students, especially on our young learners going into Kindergarten. Aside from the usual anxiety and first week jitters, this year the kids will also need to conform to the new norms of social distancing and face coverings.

I'm asking for an air purifier in an effort to keep our breathing air as clean as possible.

The new guidelines will have the students and I inside the classroom for a grand majority of the day, including breakfast, lunch, and snack times.

The automatic soap and hand sanitizer dispensers will help greatly to keep all of our hands clean throughout the day. The lanyards will ensure the students don't misplace their masks and the rest of the cleaning products and tools will keep our space....So Fresh and So Clean, Clean for our kiddos! Thanks in advance, we all appreciate it!
