Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are amazing! They come from many diverse backgrounds, and they bring so many unique qualities to our classroom. We love hands-on learning, creating memories together, and having fun while we grow together.

All of my students are eager to learn and love coming to school.

They are hard-working and compassionate little humans who bring so much energy to our classroom.

My Project

As a teacher, I love taking photos of my students doing amazing things in our classroom. This printer will allow us to take daily snapshots of our fun learning moments in class and not have to wait until the photos are develop. It will also capture how amazing, important, creative, and loved they are.

This project is not only fun and engaging but will also help us keep track of our learning and all the growth they are making in our classroom.

I want to provide my students with a section in the room in which we have celebration pictures displayed for them to see and remember daily all the amazing things they are doing in the classroom.

This printer will also be useful in the classroom. "A picture is worth a thousand words," and having things labeled in the classroom with real pictures will help students tremendously. It will show them where the materials are located and how to put them away. Pictures are also useful for instilling routines in the classroom. Sometimes words are too vague for incoming kindergartners but showing them a real picture of their classmates doing what is expected will create independent learners.
