This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting support for this Stikbots, Lego stop motion animation project. Many of my students are interested in exploring animation. And I wish to support my students' interest and encourage them to be creative.

The stikbot stop motion animation kits along with Lego animation books and mini-figures will give my students an opportunity to create their own stop motion films.

Stikbots (and Lego mini-figures) are fun and cute posable action figures that are great to be used for stop motion animation creations. I am looking to expand our projects in technology class, as well as in technology club, this year to include animation, movie making and podcasting.

With your help, you can give my curious and amazing students fun, and engaging learning opportunities that will allow them to express themselves creatively.
