This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Kindergarten is such an important milestone for children as they begin their school careers! Students in my class learn about letter sounds and numbers, and by the end of the year they are reading books and solving math equations! Our day is filled with learning and fun, but young students often have trouble maintaining the energy needed to keep working all day. Having fun and tasty snacks is one way I can help keep them engaged in learning. Students learn best when their most essential needs are being met, and they also enjoy a fun social break with friends.
