My Project

I have the pleasure of teaching every student in my school. The children know they can ask me for anything, and the main thing they ask for every day is snacks! Many of our students are in school eight hours a day, and they get very hungry. Our school is in a high-poverty area; snacks are not the priority for our families.

Having snacks available means the children can grab a quick bite and return to learning.

This project includes some of their favorite snacks and breakfast foods to keep hunger away.

The children especially like Cheez-Its, chips, oatmeal, and, cookies.
