This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our classroom, we strive to create an environment where every student can focus, learn, and succeed. However, for many students, hunger is a major obstacle. Some arrive at school without having eaten breakfast, while others struggle to make it through the day without a snack to keep them energized. When students are hungry, it becomes difficult for them to concentrate, stay engaged, and absorb new information.

Providing snacks in the classroom can make a world of difference.

A simple fruit snack can help students refuel, stay focused, and participate fully in their lessons. By ensuring that students have access to snacks, we can help eliminate hunger as a distraction and give them the energy they need to thrive academically.

Unfortunately, due to budget constraints, we do not always have the resources to supply snacks for every student who needs them. That’s why we’re turning to generous donors like you! Your support will allow us to stock our classroom with nutritious snacks, giving students a boost when they need it most.

With your help, we can create a nurturing, supportive learning environment where hunger is never a barrier to success. Your generosity will not only fill stomachs but also fuel minds, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
