Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I work in a low-income community in an integrated co-teaching first grade classroom. The new school year is quickly approaching and we are needing some snacks to include in our classroom pantry. Our students are amazing and are learning so much everyday.

Our students need snacks to fuel their growing brains.

Having the ability to provide snacks to my students will help them stay focused and ready to learn. Nutrition is the foundation of a healthy mind. Snacks, such as, fruit snacks, crackers, granola bars, and goldfish will allow my students to have a great school year.
