Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

These items will be used by the entire Counseling Team (School Counselors, Social Worker, and interns) to help our students regulate their emotions when they are feeling unable to cope.

We also find that some students may be unable to regulate emotions because their basic needs of food/hunger have not been met.

We all need some snacks and squishies!

Our students come from all over New York City (yes, ALL 5 Boroughs) and come from various backgrounds. We would like to make make school a place where they can all feel welcomes, well-adjusted, and comfortable.
