This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hello, please help my students with snack time until they go to late lunch. We are a low income Title 1 school. This will help them focus on their learning instead of focusing on their hunger. This year I would like to provide them with snacks an hour before lunch so they can continue learning. I have been teaching at this school for 7 years and it is an easier transition for students to have snacks to keep them going. This way, I can focus on learning and teaching instead of focusing on who is hungry and unable to concentrate.
