Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our school is a vibrant urban community filled with students who carry roots from all over the world. Our students thrive despite challenges and adversities! We want to provide this generation with much needed resources so they can grow to be the leaders, learners, and creators that the future will need.

My Project

We are short on snacks again! No surprises here, but very few students are making it to the school cafeteria for lunch. This means teachers need to stock up their snacks cabinets. My students usually tend to stay with me during lunch and grab a snack so they can work on their homework or other assignments. I would love to stock up on some of their favorites. Hopefully these snacks will help us make it through to the end of this academic year. Help me give my students that little mid-day energy boost.
