My Project

Snacks can positively impact students' learning by providing essential energy and nutrients that support brain function. Healthy snacks, such as fruits, nuts, or whole grains, help maintain focus, improve memory, and stabilize blood sugar levels, preventing fatigue or irritability. Consuming snacks during breaks also helps reduce stress and anxiety, allowing students to stay refreshed and engaged in their studies. Moreover, regular snacks can enhance mood, making it easier for students to concentrate and retain information, ultimately improving academic performance.
