My Students

My kindergarteners are hard working kids who deserve the best! Our building is made up of pre-k through fifth graders in a low income setting. Our kiddos arrive almost exclusively by bus and everyone gets free breakfast and lunch so they are ready to learn.

My Project

My students come from low income families. They need daily snacks to help them focus on learning.

These snacks will keep my students focused on learning and not rumbling tummies.

As adults, we know it is hard to work when you are thinking about an empty stomach. I will use these snacks to help my students work hard to be successful. They get daily snacks so they can learn and be successful. The day is very long when you are five and six years old. Snacks are something they look forward to.
