My Project

I absolutely love how hardworking and resilient my students are. They show up every day ready to learn, overcome challenges, and strive to be their best selves. They inspire me with their determination, creativity, and willingness to try—even when things get tough.

Positive reinforcement is a game-changer for motivating students to succeed.

The snacks I’m requesting will be used as rewards to motivate my students to reach their academic and behavioral goals. These small incentives provide positive reinforcement and help build a classroom environment where effort and success are celebrated. Whether it’s finishing an assignment, participating in class, or showing kindness to a classmate, these rewards will encourage my students to stay engaged and focused.

My goal for this project is to foster a culture of achievement and recognition, where students feel their hard work is noticed and appreciated. With these rewards, I hope to boost morale, encourage perseverance, and teach the value of setting and achieving personal goals.

My students are special because they bring their unique personalities, talents, and perspectives to the classroom every day. Many of them face significant challenges outside of school, yet they continue to show up and give their best effort. These rewards are a way to remind them that every step forward matters and that they are capable of great things.
