Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The snacks I’m requesting will provide my students with the energy they need to stay focused and engaged throughout the day, especially during our late lunch time. Having snacks readily available helps prevent hunger-related distractions, allowing them to concentrate on their lessons and participate fully in class activities.

For this project, my students have chosen snacks they enjoy and agreed upon as a class, ensuring they’ll be excited to have them available when needed.

These snacks will help keep them energized and ready to learn, especially during long days with celebrations or events.

What makes my students special is the diversity of their needs. Each student brings a unique perspective and set of challenges to the classroom, and together, they form a supportive and collaborative community. Providing them with these snacks helps meet their basic needs so they can focus on their growth and learning.
