My Project

Working in a triple session school a common obstacle that kids face is having later classes in the day with lunch periods way earlier. In addition, more than 80% of our student population is from low income housing and often times school is the only place and time that they have access to food.

Funding this project will help a tenth grader have a quick and healthy snack while working through their afternoon classes.

By ensuring that students have a snack it will also encourage them to class on time and make sure that they have nothing else on their mind hindering them from learning.
