My Project

Students are hungry! The challenge of an overcrowded NYC school with shared space leaves students with 9:40 lunch periods, leaving them hungry, lethargic and unfocused by the afternoon.

Funding our project will allow students to take care of their mental health in order to stay focused on the task at hand!

Teenagers are hungry and already dealing with various mental health obstacles. Being hungry should not be one of them! By allowing students to have a quick and nutritious snack you are allowing to focus on more important things at hand. Thank you so much for your consideration!
