This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help my class get plenty of snacks to fuel our brains! My school is a Title I school in a lower-income area. Most of our students are on the free and reduced lunch program and many are food insecure. By providing snacks in my class, I can help entice them to attend class and after-school tutorials to help them do their best in school. These snacks will help fuel their brains during testing to help them achieve to their highest ability. My students will be so excited to have these available to them.
