Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Snacks for students will ensure that they have access to nutritious and energizing food throughout the school day. Many students, especially those adjusting to a new environment, may struggle with hunger, which can affect their concentration, energy levels, and overall academic performance. Providing snacks including fruit snacks, Cheez-its, hot chips, popcorn, cookies, and more, will help keep them focused, engaged, and ready to learn. Additionally, offering snacks, and storage bins to keep them in, creates a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, showing students that their well-being is valued. This initiative can also encourage participation in after-school programs and study sessions by alleviating concerns about hunger. I appreciate it.
