Help me give my students snacks to help nourish their bodies and items to cover some of their basic hygiene needs.

My Project

My class is full of amazing 3rd grade students who come to school ready to learn each day.

100% of them receive free breakfast and lunch because of income levels.

Although they are lucky enough to receive these meals, our lunch time is around 10am and our school day ends about 3pm. Due to this early lunch they are hungry afternoons and these snacks will help me be able to provide them with a snack. I have seen these snacks help them focus in the afternoons and be able to finish off the day strong. The toothbrushes and toothpaste will be used by students who need a morning refresh and for those that may need to brush due to braces. The hair ties will be used for those mornings that their hair may need a simple refresh as well. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to provide these hygiene basics and afternoon snacks to allow my students the ability to focus on academics and not these other needs each day.
