This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am reaching out to you with heartfelt admiration for my extraordinary 3rd-grade students who come from a low-income community. Over 95% of these bright young minds are approved for free and reduced lunch, and despite the challenges they face, their resilience and determination shine through every day. I am in awe of their unwavering enthusiasm for learning and their ability to overcome obstacles with a smile. These students are special because they possess an eagerness to explore, a thirst for knowledge, and a genuine care for one another.

With your generous support in donating snacks to our classroom, you will not only provide essential nourishment but also fuel their motivation and concentration during our lessons.

Imagine a classroom filled with engaged students, eagerly participating in hands-on activities, discussing ideas, and delving into the fascinating worlds of literature, math, and science.
